Newbie looking for extra mags.

Hey guys I recently bought my first gun, a Glock 23. Just wondering if anyone know any sites that have decent prices on magazines? I found a site http://andean-inc.com/Merchant5/merchant.mvc? that I might go with.

And because you got a Glock that baby can shoot anything.....

Stock up on some nice 50 rd boxes of Federal +P+ Hollowpoint for 15 bucks.......its police overstock so it dont get any better than that.

FWIW, your Glock 23 will also take Glock 22 mags....

Any problems with shooting A LOT of +P+ through a good firearm?

Yes. At today's ammo costs you could go broke.

A quality pistol (Glock,Sig,HK,etc.) should handle a steady diet of hot ammo better than most people think.

Nope.

I ran a few boxes of it through the G17. No problems I just slight bigger kick .

Is there something to be concerned about?

+P+ is loaded to the highest pressures to create more velocity.

If shot all the time it will cause premature wear on the gun and parts.

That being said I have no problems shooting it in my Beretta's and my reloads are kind of hot too.

Glocks were built to take punishment...which is all that I will ever own because I dont have to worry about abuse.
